Washington Business Journal Names E-Landscape One of Washington, DC’s Top Commercial Landscapers

Landscape Installation for New Royal Farms Stores to be Carried Out by E-Landscape

Davidsonville, MD February 2, 2013 – Davidsonville, Maryland commercial landscape firm E‐Landscape Specialty Solutions has been selected to provide landscape and lawn installation services for two new Royal Farms stores in Eldersburg and Bel Air, Maryland. The Eldersburg Royal Farms fills the empty gap left by the demolished Korner Karry Out and Milt’s Liquor Store, vacant for more than 10 years. The site plan includes a 5,125‐square‐foot building and 16 gas pumps and will bring 35 to 40 job openings to Eldersburg. The Bel Air location is at 2201 Jack Lane, at the intersection of MD Route 543 and U.S. Route 1.  It is the chain’s 12th location in Harford County. “We’re thrilled to be working with the Royal Farms company on these new Maryland locations,” said E‐ Landscape President Eric Drenner. “With 150 stores in Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware, Royal Farms is a strong and growing presence in the same region on which E‐Landscape is focused. We look forward to performing more work for Royal Farms in the future.”

Carraway Homes Selects E-Landscape for New Spa Gate Project in Annapolis

Davidsonville, MD December 17, 2012 – Carraway Homes has selected Davidsonville, Maryland‐based commercial landscape firm E‐Landscape Specialty Solutions to install the landscape for its new Spa Gate project in Annapolis. Spa Gate is a 19 lot, finished townhouse community on Spa Road. The project, within walking distance from Park Place, has convenient access to the entertainment and retail amenities of West Street, Downtown Annapolis, and Spa Creek, in Annapolis, Maryland. The project has frontage on Spa Road, and sits at the entrance to the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts. Spa Gate brings increased residential opportunities into a recently revitalized West Street corridor that features the Park Place condominium, office, and retail amenities, Level, the Metropolitan, Ruby Salon, Tsunami, and Carpaccio. The E‐Landscape team is installing rain gardens, constructing a rainwater harvesting system, and installing hardscapes and the landscape. “The Spa Gate project is providing a new gateway into Maryland Hall, upper Murray Hill, and Bates Middle School, and we at E‐Landscape are excited to play a part in beautifying this important and very visible Annapolis neighborhood,” said E‐Landscape President Eric Drenner
