Landscape Installation for CVS (Annapolis)

Last week, E-Landscape began work on the installation of the landscape at the new CVS store located on Forest Drive in Annapolis, MD. We’re working with General Contractor KPR Corporation and Landscape Architect Deborah M. Schwab for the client, Bay Village LLC.

The project incorporates several environmentally sensitive features, including permeable pavers, an irrigation system, and a bio-retention facility. The plant palette consists of mostly native plants which are chosen for their tolerance and success in their native climate and conditions. We will also be mulching planting beds and installing sod to create an immediate aesthetic appeal. A unique feature about this project will be the use of brick for crosswalks which will provide a difference in texture and a pop of color.

This project is distinctive in its environmental awareness and we look forward to seeing the positive impact it provides the surrounding Bay Village area.
