E-Landscape Begins Work on the Poppleton Place Apartments

Fall is turning out to be a busy time of year here at E-Landscape! In the next few weeks, our crews will begin work on the Poppleton Place Apartments, a 123-unit property located in the Poppleton neighborhood of Baltimore, MD and serving families at or below 60% area median income. The project entails rehabilitation of a rowhome community and the work is being coordinated by The Hampstead Companies, a developer specializing in the affordable housing and community development segments.

E-Landscape was recently selected to carry out landscaping work at Poppleton. Our scope includes streetscaping, the installation of playground equipment, and turf and landscape renovation. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks!
