Landscaping for Hamel Builders Corporate Office

When Mid-Atlantic General Contractor Hamel Builders decided to give its corporate headquarters a face lift, they turned to E-Landscape Specialty Solutions for help installing a new landscape and correcting drainage and grading issues around the property.

One of Hamel Builders’ areas of expertise is adaptive reuse, and the company’s own corporate headquarters is a great example of their work in this area. A former industrial manufacturing facility, the 18,000 square foot building was renovated to include 36 offices, an elevator, employee gym, kitchen, conference room, and courtyard.

E-Landscape’s work for Hamel Builders included a complete landscape renovation, starting with grading work to correct drainage issues on the property. Our team also installed sod and plantings, and continues to provide ongoing landscape maintenance work for the property.
