E-Landscape To Provide Hardscaping For The Station Condominiums

Davidsonville, MD March 4, 2011 –

Davidsonville, Maryland‐based commercial landscaping specialist E‐Landscape Specialty Solutions
announced today that it has been awarded the contract to carry out landscape installation at The
Station condominiums on Capital Hill in Washington, DC.

Located in Northeast Washington, DC, this property is the subject of an intriguing renovation. The
owner, Argos Group, acquired two historic properties in the District ‐ an old firehouse located on
Maryland Ave and an old police station on Ninth Street. Both properties are being completely gutted
and reconfigured as condos, with both market rate and affordable options, in accordance with the
design by Sorg & Associates Architects.

E‐Landscape’s scope includes the installation of modular clay pavers in keeping with the historic
character of the building and construction of a new retaining wall at the areaway entrance.
