E-Landscape Provides Curb Appeal for Petworth Safeway
The Petworth Safeway at 3830 Georgia Avenue, NW in Washington DC closed in September for major renovations. At 62,400 square feet, the new and more modern Petworth Safeway will become one of the largest Safeway stores in the District, with a full deli, Starbucks, and pharmacy. Duball LLC, a real estate development and investment firm, is leading the project.
Atop the Petworth Safeway will be a five story building containing 220 apartments, and underneath it will be two floors of parking underground, eliminating the current surface parking lot.
E-Landscape is providing landscape installation services for the new development. Our services include planting, irrigation, structural foam, lightweight soil mixes, and site furnishings.
The new Petworth Safeway is expected to open in the summer of 2014.
