Landscaping for the Villages at Belle Hill

This month, our crews are busy installing the landscape for the Villages at Belle Hill  in the Elkton, Maryland area. The Villages at Belle Hill is an affordable housing community comprised of 84 apartments designed to look and feel like manor homes and offer residents a high degree of privacy. One way this is accomplished is through entry points. Residents will enter their apartment homes through their own private entrance and many will have a private garage.

The Villages at Belle Hill also offers many of the amenities available at higher priced communities while doing so at an affordable cost: all new appliances (including a washer / dryer), central heat and air conditioning, community center with fireplace, fitness center with state of the art equipment, and planned resident activities, including after school homework and book clubs.

The first building at Belle Hill opened on September 15, with more scheduled to follow soon. The community is being managed by Stavrou Associates, in cooperation with Humphrey Management, Hamel Builders and PHR & Associates.

Our scope of work for the project includes installing the landscaping (trees, plants and lawns) and constructing bio-retention ponds.
